If you think counseling might be something for you, please call to schedule a 20-minute introductory visit. Our first visit is not a therapy session and free of charge; it allows us to get to know one another a bit and to determine if we are a good fit to work together. It's a great time to ask questions about therapy in general, to ask about me and my work, and to lay the groundwork for meaningful and effective counseling.
