Rates

$60 per session (50-60 min)

$70 for initial intake session and assessment (90 min)

$60 per phone session over 35 minutes

Additional Payment Information

  • Sessions are pro rated after normal length
  • Payment is due at time of service
  • If therapy is paid for by another individual/organization, a signed Release of Information form will be required

Cancellation Policy

If appointment is not cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment, client will be expected to pay regular session amount.
